We cannot fill progressive or bifocal prescriptions but Fetch frames can be used with progressive and bifocal lenses. Simply order the frame and take them to your doctor or optician to have the lenses filled. No worries, frame only purchases are still covered by our 30 day return policy and lifetime frame warranty.

Select your favorite Fetch frames (up to six pairs) add them to the Try at Home cart and proceed with checkout. You will need a valid credit card to use the Try at Home service but this is just to authorize the transaction, your card will not be charged. You have seven days from the day you receive the frames to test them out and get feedback from friends and family. Yes. We can ship reading glasses, reading sunglasses, plano sunglasses and optical frames to all international addresses. Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses can only be shipped to addresses in the US
and Canada. All international shipping rates are based on order quantity and destination.
If you need to receive your glasses sooner than the usual turn times please contact us to verify availability and shipping costs.
Orders for frame only and plano (non-prescription) sunglasses typically ship within 1-3 business days. Reading glasses and reading sunglasses typically ship within 2-5 business days. Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses ship in approximately 10 business days. If you place an order for multiple types of glasses the entire order will ship when all pairs are complete.
Yes. All Fetch orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of arrival. We offer free return shipping for US orders, just contact us for a prepaid return label. International customers are welcome to return items at their own expense. On receipt of returned items we will credit the original method of payment for the purchase price of the item(s).
